Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the terms under which you may cancel a purchase and receive a refund from Visit Corinthia (visitcorinthia.com). It applies to all payments made through this website and does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under Greek and European law.

1. Business Listing Packages (Digital Services)

For business listing and promotion packages, you have the right to withdraw within 14 calendar days of purchase and receive a full refund, provided the listing has not yet been activated or published.

If you expressly request immediate activation of the listing within the 14-day period, you acknowledge that once the service has been fully performed you lose the right of withdrawal. If the service has begun but is not yet complete, you are entitled to a proportionate refund for the part not provided to you.

Cancelling a subscription

Listing packages are sold as a subscription that renews automatically. You may cancel at any time by emailing [email protected]. We confirm the cancellation in writing.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period: you are not charged again, and you keep the package features until the period you have already paid for runs out. We do not refund part of a period that has already started, unless the law provides otherwise or the service was not delivered to you.

The 14-day right of withdrawal described in section 1 applies to your first purchase. It does not restart on each automatic renewal.

2. Accommodation, Tours & Activity Bookings

Bookings for accommodation, tours, guided visits or other leisure services that relate to a specific date or period of performance are exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal, in accordance with distance-selling law (Article 3ib of Greek Law 2251/1994 and Article 16 of EU Directive 2011/83/EU).

Such bookings are governed by the cancellation terms of the respective provider (the accommodation, tour operator, etc.), as shown during the booking process. Please review those terms carefully before completing your booking. For clarifications or a cancellation request, please contact us.

3. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

Send an email to [email protected] stating: your full name, the order or booking number, the date of purchase, and the reason for your request. We will respond as soon as possible.

4. Refund Processing Time

Once approved, refunds are issued within 14 days to the same payment method you used. The time it takes for the amount to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
