Our story
To Polychoro opened its doors in 2008 in Kato Synoikia, Trikala, Corinthia, aiming to offer the authentic taste of Greek cooking.
Andreas Kouzios grew up with traditional Greek home cooking and decided to share his love of food. The kitchen relies on local, seasonal produce from nearby producers and on inherited family recipes.
