How quickly does my listing go live?

Is there really a free trial?
Yes. You can publish your listing and keep it live for 7 days without giving a card at all. After that the form stays closed until a package is active — your listing is not deleted.
Can I change package later?
Yes, at any time. Buy the package you want and it replaces the previous one. What you see on your listing always matches what you are paying for.
Why are VIP places limited?
First place only means something if it is not shared with many others. That is why there are up to 3 VIP businesses per category and area. We confirm availability before activation.
How do I cancel?
Send us a message with the form below, or email the address at the bottom of this page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for: you are not charged again, and your listing stays online with the basic details.
What happens if I stop paying?
Your listing stays online, but the extras of the package switch off — extra photos, video, social links, featured placement. Nothing is deleted: buy again and everything comes straight back.
