Lefki lies on the northern coast of the Perachora peninsula. Its name comes from the pale pebbles which, together with the transparent water, give the sea an intense blue-green colour.
What to expect
An unorganised beach with few visitors even in high summer. Pines and low scrub surround it, and the final approach is on a dirt track.
It is the choice for anyone who wants to avoid crowds entirely and does not mind carrying everything in.

- Reached across the Perachora peninsula; the last stretch is unpaved.
- No facilities at all — water, food and shade are essential.
