Schinos lies on the northern side of the Perachora peninsula, in a bay of the Corinthian Gulf. It is one of those places that remain relatively secluded despite being close to Loutraki.
What you will find
A pebble beach, clear deep water and few facilities. The settlement is small, with holiday houses and only a handful of shops — you come here for the quiet, not for nightlife.
The wider area offers drives across the peninsula towards Lake Vouliagmeni and the Heraion.
Practical notes
- About 20 km from Loutraki.
- The road is winding; drive carefully.
- Bring what you need — there are few shops.
