The Corinthia region is known for the variety of its local products. Among the best known are:

  • Corinthian Currant: the famous Corinthian raisin, prized for its sweet, concentrated flavour. It is widely used in desserts, snacks and salads.
  • Nemea Wine: Nemea is one of Greece’s most important wine zones, built around the Agiorgitiko grape. Dozens of wineries in the area — Semeli among them — produce outstanding reds.
  • Corinthian Honey: honey from Corinthia is known for its rich flavour, drawn from the many wild flowers that bloom across the region.
