What to expect
A lowland village of the Municipality of Velo – Vocha at about 80 metres, on the Vocha plain south-west of Poulitsa, from which the Olympia Odos separates it. By tradition it was founded in 1835–1836 by people from Tarsos in Feneos. At the edge of the village stands the Byzantine church of the Transfiguration (Agia Sotira), and the church of the Evangelistria, with Byzantine marble pieces built into its walls, is a listed monument.
