What to expect
The middle of the three quarters of Trikala in Corinthia, built at about 1,050 metres in fir forest on the slopes of Mount Ziria, and the most populous of the three. Trikala is one of the oldest mountain resorts in the Peloponnese, with guesthouses and tavernas, about 10 km from the Ziria ski centre. The Paliokastro of Trikala is close by.
